Wisconsin Reaches Major Recovery Act Weatherization Milestone

In late August, the U.S. Energy Department joined with Wisconsin Gov. Jim Doyle to announce that the state had completed weatherization work for more than 30 percent of the homes it planned to weatherize — a major milestone under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
