Madison mayor’s capital budget targets $36.4 million around train station

Mayor Dave Cieslewicz wants to capitalize on a Downtown high-speed rail station by funding a public market, new Government East parking garage and more planning for the area southeast of Capitol Square in a $238 million capital budget for 2011.
