Hiring Outlook Is Improving

As unexpected as it might sound in a cooling and uncertain economy, employers in metro Milwaukee are expected “to hire at a solid pace” in the final three months of the year, according to a widely watched indicator released Tuesday by multinational job placement firm Manpower Inc.
