Madison Wisconsin Living was formed in January of 2008 by a group of young professional women who live, work and play in the Madison area with the hopes of sharing their talents, ideas, knowledge and opinions about life in Madison. Anything from Nutrition, Locally Grown to Home Decor Tips and Real Estate Advice, this website serves as a resource for those looking for a real life perspective on Madison Wisconsin.
Meet the Madison Wisconsin Living Team:
Jamie Miller is the main contributor to the Madison Housing Market section. She’s a knowledgeable Real Estate Advisor who has a passion for Madison neighborhoods. When not at the office, she enjoys summer Saturdays at the Farmers Market, picnicking at Concerts on the Square, attending a Yoga class, taking a long bike ride on one of the great Madison bike trails, kayaking along Lake Mendota or ice-skating at Tenny Park. Suzanne Monroe is the main contributor to the Lifestyle & Nutrition section. Suzanne is a certified holistic nutritional counselor and food coach. She has a tremendous amount of knowledge when it comes to eating for life ! She is keen to share ideas on how to regain your energy throughout the day, making conscious food choices and break old eating habits. Suzanne holds seminars and workshops at Whole Foods. Nicole Craig is a sustainability consultant for Madison Environmental Group, Inc. and is the program manager for their sustainable living program, EnAct . She’s passionate about helping others take individual action to have a better impact on the environment and loves to garden, knit, go camping, ski, hike, bike, and enjoy nature. She’s passionate about supporting locally grown agriculture and incorporating fresh food into healthful recipes. Karen Doll is the main contributor to the Life Organization section. Karen’s got her life organized from top to bottom and has some great tips ! From creating space in your closet to de-cluttering your kitchen or simply ways to organize your day and set goals for life, Karen’s insight will inspire you! Karen grew up in Middleton with 8 brothers and sisters and enjoys playing water polo, ultimate frisbee, coaching gymnastics and cheering on those Badgers!
